My computer is running really slow. Can that be fixed?
Usually, yes. Slow computers are almost always one of a handful of causes — a full or failing hard drive, too many programs launching at startup, malware running in the background, or hardware that's simply aged out. I diagnose the actual cause instead of guessing.
My computer won't turn on, keeps crashing, or shows a blue screen.
Stop trying random fixes from a forum — that can make data recovery harder if the drive is failing. I diagnose hardware failures, boot errors, and crash loops, and recover your files first if the drive is at risk.
I think I have a virus, malware, or got hacked. What do I do?
Disconnect from Wi-Fi and stop entering passwords on that device. I remove the infection, close the actual entry point — not just the symptom — and check whether accounts or data were exposed.
My Wi-Fi or internet keeps dropping. Can you fix that?
